  1. 1. How do I file a report?

    You can use the Bridgit application on your smartphone, iPad, or computer, and follow the simple prompts on the webpage to tell Bridgit about the problem you are reporting.

  2. 2. What if I don’t have a smart phone or computer?

    You can access your Bridgit account from any computer, including ones in the school library or at an internet café.

  3. 3. What if my school does not allow computer or cell phone use?

    You can access your Bridgit account 24 hours a day from home or anywhere else you can use your computer, iPad, or smartphone.

  4. 4. Can the school alter or remove my report once it is filed?

    The Bridgit Officer can add notes or information but cannot delete it from the system.

  5. 5. How old do I have to be to use Bridgit?

    There is no minimum age, but federal law requires anyone under the age of 13 to have parental permission to participate in Bridgit.

  6. 6. Is there any software to install?

    For the Web version of the software there is not software to install.  For the native Apps, Android and iOS, the user will have to download the free App.
