Is a successful entrepreneur with over 28 years of experience in multiple C-level roles across multiple industries. As a direct result of his being severely cyberbullied and defamed online (old school term is "blackballed"), Mr. Ervine was forced to become a leading subject matter expert in the areas of risk management, compliance, defamation, defamation per se, online privacy, bullying, cyber bullying, social media technologies and restorative justice practices. In 2012, Mr. Ervine won a 3 year court battle related to the defamatory lies about Jeff, created and posted by a group lead by a convicted criminal. Jeff won a multi-million judgement based on US defamation law, a judgement which was required by Google in order to remove the defamatory site and posts from Google's search algorithms, thus finally, solving Jeff's defamation problems. Mr. Ervine has his BS in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, his CPA, and his MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
Ian Ehrenberg has 30 years’ experience in business leadership focused on strategic planning, revenue creation and marketing. Past 20 years involved with safety and security solutions in hardware, software and SaaS applications. Executive team member in three high growth turn arounds all with successful exits. Has been a SME on Fox News discussing safety and security initiatives. Serial entrepreneur who has also started, grown and sold small businesses in security, logistics and large format printing.
CTO and Head of Product Development and Equity Partner
Mr. Rozenblum is an equity partner and also owns a NYC based web development and mobile development company, Morphia, Inc. He and his team of designers and programmers have been working with Bridg-it since its inception. Over the last 17 years Mr. Rozenblum has been directly working with young growth companies, often taking on an interim role of Chief Product Officer. He has successfully taken new ideas and developed them into successful MVPs. Mr. Rozenblum’s strong technical knowledge enables him to oversee development of high-load, big data service platforms. With significant attention to detail and vast experience with the best in UI/UX, Mr. Rozenblum and his team have successfully created multiple top rated platform applications and native apps. Igor earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from Pace University.
Michael C. Gillespie
Chief Academic Officer
Most recently Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Borough of Manhattan College. He has also served as Professor of Education at Bronx Community College and the City College of New York. Dr. Gillespie was Founding Director of the City College/Hunter College Principals Training Center and has taught English at Providence Classical High School and Phillips Academy Andover. M.A.T, English from Brown University, M.A. & Ed.D from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Mr. Engel worked for Drexel Burnham Lambert and from 1983 to 2000 traded gold, oil and natural gas on the COMEX and NYMEX. Since 2000, Mr. Engel raised capital primarily for alternative asset managers and managed numerous early-stage investments for his family office, Engel Investors LP. He also co-managed The Jockey Hollow Fund, a fund of hedge funds. In 1981 Chris earned a B.A. degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Lipson is a practicing clinical psychologist and Diplomate in Forensic Psychology. He is the Chief Executive Officer for Making Right Choices, LLC. His expertise is in risk management and prevention, and he manages the online Academy for the National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification. He has worked nationally and internationally in preventing violence in colleges, schools, and in the workplace. He is bringing his assessment tools, online courses, and team to Bridg-it believing synergistically this partnership will accomplish more together to make the world safer and people less isolated. Anne Molina is passionate about people and products ...and of course her two cats, Santiago and Sofia Molina. Other than serving her cats, she serves as Bridg-It's Vice President of Implementation, who ensures school districts are successfully creating a culture of safe schools. She is an 18 year education veteran, who started out as a teacher, earned her Master Degree of Teaching, and managed multiple education technology platforms in many of the largest school districts in the US. Clearly she is the "cat's meow!"
